
Types of Leave
The following types of leave are available to employees, in accordance with company policy and Indonesian labor regulations:
a. Annual Leave
Granted to permanent employees after one year of continuous service. Duration and conditions follow the company’s employment policy.
b. Sick Leave
Granted based on a doctor’s medical certificate. Extended sick leave (more than 2 days) must include valid medical documentation.
c. Maternity Leave
Granted for childbirth in accordance with labor law and company policy.
d. Paternity Leave
As outlined under special leave conditions below.
e. Unpaid Leave
May be granted at management discretion if other leave balances are exhausted.
f. Special Leave (Cuti Lain)
Special leave may be granted for the following specific circumstances:

Sick Leave Procedure
To regulate the process of applying for and reporting sick leave, ensuring fairness, transparency, and proper documentation for all employees.
1. General Conditions
- Sick leave is granted to employees who are unable to work due to illness or medical reasons.
- Sick leave entitlement is limited to a maximum of 6 working days per calendar year without the need for a medical certificate.
- Sick leave exceeding 6 days per year may require review and approval by HR and management.
2. Medical Certification Requirement
- If an employee is absent due to illness for more than 2 consecutive working days, a medical certificate issued by a licensed doctor must be provided upon returning to work.
- Failure to submit the required medical certification may result in the leave being recorded as unpaid leave or unexcused absence.
3. HR Verification
- HR will review and record the sick leave, update the employee’s leave balance, and ensure medical certificates are properly filed.
- Repeated or excessive sick leave may be reviewed for attendance management purposes.
